Carol Lee Brosseau

 Miller Gaffney ’02 and Carol Lee Pryor Brosseau ('03) host "Art Breakers,"" that premieres on Sunday night on the Ovation the cable channel. It focuses on their lives as art brokers who work with collectors, artists and buyers. Four episodes were created by the pair and will run through October. They will air on Sunday, October. 4, at 7 pm Central. Ovation is the home to over 50 million subscribers, and also champions artists via the Ovation Digital Arts network. They are hopeful of getting approval to continue filming. The people and the friends I met at Baylor have most certainly shaped and impacted my life. Dr. Karen Pope in the Art History department. My most important classes were taught by Dr. Pope. I also went with her to Chicago and Paris to study art. Her enthusiasm for art was an enjoyable experience. She also said that "Art history is like an intricate puzzle. And as art historians, we always keep trying to find the pieces that can be put together." My family was brought up in the automotive industry by my dad, and I was required to work at the dealership every summer. I worked as a mechanic's assistant during the summer months, performing oil changes and brakes.
